Production Time All products are 3D printed to order. Production time is typically 3-5 business days after receiving your order. For personalized or complex items, production time may be longer. You will receive a confirmation once your order goes into production.
Shipping within the EU
- Delivery time: 5-10 business days after production
- Shipping costs: calculated at checkout
- All orders are shipped with tracking
Shipping Methods We ship via reliable carriers such as bpost and DHL. You will receive a tracking code once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow the delivery.
Customs and Taxes (outside Belgium) For orders outside Belgium, customs duties and taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by 3mz.
Shipping Delays While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to production complexity, material availability, or carrier issues. We will keep you informed of any delays.
